Gina Wertz

Gina has drawn and painted most of her life with a lot of encouragement from family and friends. She took a long pause in her artistic journey to raise three boys and to pursue a career in the field of transfusion and transplant medicine, but she continued to sketch whenever possible.

After moving to New Bern with her husband, Jeff, she picked up the paint brushes again and is enjoying the opportunity to follow her creative adventures wherever they may lead. Gina’s main focus is in watercolor.
