Clay Christmas Ornament
Saturday, October 21 | Noon–4 pm
Art House, 3338 Wellons Blvd.
Children ages 5-12 (Grades K-6) are welcome to come and make a clay Christmas ornament at a special workshop hosted by Shelley Mathiot of Bear Hands Pottery. Co-hosting this event is Art House studio owner Christy Casciello. Cost is $5 per child.
The ornaments will take somewhere between 30 minutes to 1 hour to complete. Children should be able to pick up their ornaments in 2-3 weeks, after they have been fired. For more information please contact Shelley Mathiot at email@example.com.
Introduction To Weaving
Every Second Saturday Starting November 11
9:30 am–12:30 pm
Provided by Seacoast Spinners and Weavers hosted by Community Artist Studios and Gallery, located 309 Main Street.
Open to all ages 8-98 years. Participants will learn the basics of weaving and create their own mug rugs. Class limited to four. Loom and materials provided.
