Nicole Pierre

A multifaceted New Bern artist, Nicole R. Pierre began to develop her passion for art when the last of her five children left for college. She decided to return to college herself, and fell in love with painting while taking an art class. When she won the president’s award for her art that year, she realized others also received joy from her creativity. She has been developing her talent and pursuing her passion ever since.

Nicole enjoys working in and exploring various mediums and styles. She has been commissioned to do portraits, pet portraits, and a variety of landscapes. She appreciates learning from, as well as sharing her experiences, with others.
