Jan Sisk

Jan was born in Tinley Park IL, attended Art school in Chicago, Illinois, and graduated with a Degree in Fine Art. After raising her two sons, she relocated to IN with her husband, then lived in Tennessee, and now New Bern, NC. Jan’s family have fallen in love with the coast.

She loves to paint landscapes, primarily in pastel, but also enjoys painting old barns and quirky animals. Jan feels pastels allows her to work with quick expression and lots of intense pigment. She continues to be inspired by the area and feels blessed to express it through pastel.
